I am a qualified IIHHT therapist with many years' experience, and a fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. I am qualified to advanced level in Aromatherapy and Reflexology.

In 2005 I undertook further intensive training in a new advanced form of bodywork, No Hands® Massage, which is the fastest growing new massage therapy in the UK. I work from a clinic alongside other health professionals, providing a range of treatments: Aromatherapy Massage, No Hands® Massage, Sports and Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, and Level 2 Reiki.

I also work from a salon in the centre of Chester, with particular focus on the lunchtime market, and am available for mobile treatments in the comfort of your own home.
